All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Select styles ship from our U.S. location within 2–5 business days
• Some limited designs are made-to-order and ship within 8–14 business days. You’ll see estimated shipping time on each product page
• Free U.S. shipping for all Glam Club members
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly if this occurs.
Order Status Explained
Pending: We’ve received your order — payment is being confirmed.
Payment Review: We're waiting for payment to clear from a third-party processor (like PayPal or Venmo).
Packing: Your items are being picked, packed, and prepped for shipment.
Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse — it’s on its way!
Return & Exchange Policy
At Overjoyed Beauty, we want every package you unwrap to feel like a celebration. While we do our best to ensure every product arrives in perfect condition, we understand that issues can happen.
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. To qualify for a resolution, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
We kindly ask that you review our size guide and product photos carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives with an issue, please email us at support@overjoyedbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo — we’ll make it right.
