Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We typically process orders within 2-3 business days (Mon to Fri). Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You’ll get a shipping confirmation and tracking link as soon as your order is on its way!

 

Q: Do I need to create an account to join the membership?

A: Yes! You'll be asked to set up an account during checkout if you haven’t already. That’s how we keep track of your perks.

 

Q: How do I sign up for the membership?

A: Just add the membership to your cart and complete checkout — you’ll then be prompted to log in or create your account if needed. Easy as that!

 

Q: When will I be charged?

A: Your membership renews on the same day every month, starting from the day you joined.

 

Q: Can membership discounts be combined with other promotions?

A: Your monthly gift will be included as a free “Mystery Nail Set” in your next order—no action needed!

 

Q: Do my monthly gifts accumulate if I don’t place an order?

A: Monthly gifts are only shipped with an order placed during the same month — they are not sent separately or carried over. If no order is placed that month, the gift will expire and won’t be saved for later. We recommend placing at least one order each month to enjoy all the perks your membership offers!

 

Q: Can I cancel or pause my membership?

A: Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account dashboard.

 

Q: Can I choose the style of my monthly gift?
